Needle Corage
Needle Corage
'Collagen' cell-regeneration lifting
Needle Corage, which combines Corage with needles, induces cellular activity within the skin while restoring and newly generating collagen, making the entire face firm and healthy as if it had exercised.
Principle
Needle Corage Lifting
Needle Corage lifting delivers resonance energy to fine needles inserted into the skin to stimulate the body's own collagen.

The body's own collagen adheres to the fine needles, which repeatedly wind and pull, lifting the skin through the adhered collagen.
Needle Corage lifting is a treatment for those who feel uncomfortable with procedures that insert foreign materials such as fillers or threads. It offers the advantage of lifting without incisions. Because it uses fine needles, precise and delicate design is possible, capturing even 1mm details for a natural lifting effect.
It is a must-try treatment especially if you want to prevent skin aging, increase skin elasticity, tighten pores, permanently reduce subcutaneous fat, improve skin texture, reduce wrinkles and address acne.

Thread-Lifting Results Without Worrying About Side Effects
If you are afraid of thread lifting, now enjoy a thread-lifting effect without threads: Needle Corage
A lifting treatment that repositions the fibrous tissue within the skin as if fixing it with 'threads,' without inserting any 'thread,' 'foreign body' or 'external material.'
Fine cannula needles are inserted into the skin at the target area, and as high-frequency resonance energy is applied through repeated winding and pulling, the body's own collagen adheres in a spiral and the fibrous tissue is rearranged, forming a single strand of collagen that ultimately acts like a 'natural thread.'
Because it is created from your body's own cells, it delivers a natural result while inducing the production of 'baby collagen,' the key to skin elasticity.

FAQ
Needle Corage Lifting Q&A
What is the difference compared with thread lifting?
Needle Corage (needle shaping) does not insert actual threads. Instead, it delivers 16 types of resonance radiofrequency energy through fine cannula needles while winding and pulling the tissue to create columns of your own collagen (natural threads). As a result, there is no concern about leaving foreign material in the body.
How is it different from conventional Corage Cellfit care (probe/roller/glove)?
Conventional Corage is a massage/regeneration care method that rubs a probe or glove over the skin surface to activate cells in the dermal layer, whereas Needle Corage inserts fine needles directly into the dermis and subcutaneous layer to apply both physical tension and resonance energy at the same time, aiming for powerful localized lifting and the induction of fibrosis.
Is the treatment very painful? Is it performed after applying numbing cream?
Because the needles penetrate the skin, topical anesthesia is essential to the procedure. Since it is performed after numbing cream, there is no significant pain, but you may feel a slight prick as the needle enters or a mild dull sensation as the tissue is pulled.
How long does the downtime (bruising, swelling, marks) last?
Fine needle marks, bruising, or redness may appear at the needle insertion sites. There is individual variation, but these usually improve naturally within about 3 days to 1 week.
Is it effective for fine lines under and around the eyes and around the mouth?
Because it allows fine, localized control, it is effective for lifting and improving elasticity in delicate, thin-skinned areas such as fine lines around the eyes, wrinkles around the mouth, and the philtrum area.
When do the results appear and how long do they last?
Right after the treatment you may feel some immediate firmness as the tissue is tightened, and over the following 2 to 4 weeks the natural lifting sensation strengthens as columns of your own collagen form. There is individual variation, but the results last for more than 6 months.
Are there concerns about a foreign-body sensation or side effects (dimpling, inflammation)?
Because there is no foreign material left in the body such as dissolvable threads or polymer fillers, the risk of side effects like a foreign-body sensation or protruding threads is low. However, temporary mild swelling or bruising may occur right after the treatment.
What is the recommended number of sessions and interval?
A single session can already tidy up the lines, but to build up dense collagen and maintain firm lifting, receiving 3 or more sessions at intervals of about 3 to 4 weeks is generally recommended.
Can I wash my face or wear makeup on the day of the treatment?
A fine hydrocolloid dressing or regeneration tape is often applied to the needle insertion sites. Avoid contact with water on the day, and from the next day light water cleansing and makeup are possible.
Can it be combined with other treatments such as Ulthera, Thermage, or fillers?
Yes. After improving overall dermal elasticity with ultrasound or radiofrequency devices, you can use Needle Corage to address sagging contours or fine-line point areas, or combine it with skin boosters for a synergistic effect.
Caution
Needle Corage Lifting Precautions
- 01Do not rub or irritate the treatment area excessively.
- 02After treatment, it is best to avoid showering, saunas, hot compresses, smoking and drinking.
- 03Avoid chewing hard foods or opening your mouth wide, and take care.
- 04Slight swelling or bruising may occur, but you can manage it with the prescribed medication and the ice pack we provide.
