About
What is AestheFill
The main ingredients are PLLA & PLA

A collagen stimulator that activates your body's own collagen to support collagen production.
Unlike ordinary fillers that fill in volume, this is an innovative treatment that naturally stimulates collagen synthesis to restore lost facial volume, lift sagging areas, and improve wrinkles.
- Unlike fillers that deflate over time, volume builds up and is maintained as time passes.
- As new collagen forms, results begin to appear from around week 5–6, and with about 3 treatments at roughly one-month intervals, results last for about 25 months.

FAQ
FAQ
What ingredient is AestheFill made of?
It is a biodegradable polymer collagen stimulator based on PLA (Poly-Lactic Acid, a component derived from corn starch), extracted from plant-based raw materials such as corn and sugarcane.
When do the results appear after treatment and how long do they last?
Right after treatment a slight volume from hydration is visible, which subsides within a few days, and from weeks 4–6 your own collagen forms and fills in. The results typically last about 1.5 to 2 years.
Which areas (skin concerns) is it most effective for?
It excels at natural volume restoration and contour improvement across the entire face, such as sunken cheeks, temples, deep nasolabial folds, and loss of jawline elasticity.
Is there any risk of nodules (hard lumps) forming as a side effect?
AestheFill's particles have a porous surface, so clumping is minimal. However, if hydration is insufficient or it is injected into too shallow a skin layer, nodules can form, so treatment by an experienced medical professional is necessary.
Do I have to do self-massage (the 5-5-5 massage) after treatment, like with Sculptra?
AestheFill has excellent particle dispersion, so there is no need to massage as vigorously or as mandatorily as with Sculptra. After treatment, lightly smoothing it out as directed by your medical staff is sufficient.
How many sessions do I need to achieve satisfying volume?
We recommend 2–3 consecutive sessions at 4–6 week intervals so that your own collagen production accumulates in stages.
Is there an injection that can dissolve it right away if I'm not satisfied?
There is no antidote that dissolves it instantly, as there is with HA filler. Over time it is safely and completely broken down in the body into water and carbon dioxide and metabolized, so the initial design is important.
How much pain and downtime (swelling, bruising) is there during treatment?
For hydration a local anesthetic (lidocaine) is mixed in for injection, and a blunt-tipped cannula is used, so pain is relatively minimal. Minor swelling and bruising may occur for 2–3 days after treatment.
When does the treated area temporarily appear deflated after the procedure?
The volume right after treatment comes from moisture (saline). As this moisture is absorbed within 2–4 days it temporarily deflates again, and from 3–4 weeks later your own collagen forms and the real volume fills in.
Is there any chance it remains in the body and causes side effects?
The PLA ingredient has long been used safely in materials such as medical sutures. In the body it undergoes biodegradation and is 100% completely metabolized and excreted as water and carbon dioxide, so there is no concern about residue remaining in the body.
