Elravie Re2O
Elravie Re2O
Pure collagen and elastin — an anti-aging and slow-aging solution
Human acellular dermal tissue itself, a collagen booster that directly replenishes the skin's actual building block, the ECM, within the dermal layer.
About
What is Elravie Re2O
Truly authentic skin like never before — an anti-aging and slow-aging solution

Elravie Re2O is human acellular dermal tissue itself, a collagen booster that directly replenishes the skin's actual building block, the ECM.
Cause
The cause of skin aging is a decline in ECM
Young Skin & Aged Skin
As skin aging progresses, the breakdown of ECM components in the skin, including collagen, accelerates while regenerative capacity declines. The structure of the dermal layer collapses and wrinkles form.

- YOUNG SKIN
- Densely filled with ECM such as hyaluronic acid, collagen, and elastin, keeping the dermal layer firm and resilient.
- AGED SKIN
- As ECM components decrease, the density and structure of the dermal layer break down, leading to wrinkles and loss of elasticity.

What is ECM?
Extra Cellular Matrix
The ECM is a complex assembly of biopolymers that fills the space outside the cells. It protects and supports the skin's cells and healthily upholds the skin's outer surface.

ECM (Extra Cellular Matrix)
- Collagen
- A protein that provides tensile strength and structural stability so that tissue can withstand a variety of tension and pressure.
- · TYPE Ⅰ : Most tissues, such as tendons and skin
- · TYPE Ⅱ : Cartilage, cornea
- · TYPE Ⅲ : Blood vessel walls
- Fibronectin
- A protein that aids cell-to-cell adhesion and plays an important role in tissue repair and the wound-healing process.
- Tenascin
- A group of ECM proteins expressed in five forms (TN-C, R, W, X, Y).
- MMPs
- A group of enzymes that break down and remodel the extracellular matrix (ECM) and are involved in angiogenesis and tissue repair.
- Elastin
- A protein found in the dermis, ligaments, and blood vessels that provides the elasticity and resilience for tissue to return to its original state after being stretched.
- Laminin
- A protein that connects cells to the extracellular matrix, stably maintaining tissue structure and supporting cell adhesion and regeneration.
- GF (Growth Factor)
- The ECM serves as a reservoir for growth factors, and growth factors such as VEGF promote blood vessel formation and tissue regeneration.
HADM
HADM, an acellular human tissue material
Human Acellular Dermal Matrix

HADM (Human Acellular Dermal Matrix) is an acellular human tissue material made by removing the epidermis and fat from donated skin, then using Alloclean Technology to remove cells and immune-reactive substances, leaving it in the form of pure ECM such as collagen and elastin.
Effect

- Improvement of skin redness
- Roughness improvement
Improvement confirmed across 10 indicators in human application testing
Mechanism
A new trend of injecting skin into skin
Skin booster real collagen
Re2O directly replenishes ECM components without damaging the three-dimensional structure of the tissue. It directly injects the core components of the ECM — collagen, elastin, laminin, and growth factors — into the dermal layer, a skin booster real collagen that restores the skin's density and elasticity.

- 01
Immediate micro-volume
By directly injecting ECM components, an immediate micro-VOLUME effect can be expected.
- 02
Lasting hydration
ECM components draw in and retain moisture, so the hydrating effect lasts.
Clinical
Natural improvement with real skin components
Improvement indicators from human application testing
By replenishing the ECM, the skin's actual building block, it improves the skin with a natural texture and feel. Below are the improvement indicators confirmed in human application testing.
- 26.9%
- Pore size improvement
- 11.5%
- Improvement of blemishes and spots
- 9%
- Skin texture density improvement

※ Results may vary depending on individual skin condition.

FAQ
FAQ
What ingredients is Elravie Re2O made of?
It is a processed ingredient derived from human acellular allogeneic dermis (hADM), composed of the extracellular matrix (ECM) that makes up the dermal layer—including the skin's actual collagen (about 89%), elastin, and glycosaminoglycans (GAG).
In terms of ingredients, how does it differ from Rejuran (PN) or Juvelook (PLA)?
Unlike approaches that inject salmon DNA or synthetic polymer substances to stimulate cells, the difference is that it directly replenishes the actual human dermal tissue components themselves to structurally rebuild the skin's environment.
When do the results appear after treatment and how long do they last?
Collagen and elastin regeneration begins from 2–4 weeks after treatment, and because it works by having your own tissue settle in, it has the advantage of lasting a long time—4 to 6 months—even from a single session.
Which skin concerns (wrinkles, scars, pores, elasticity) is it most effective for?
It specializes in fine lines around the eyes and neck caused by a thinning dermal layer, deep pitted acne scars, enlarged pores, overall loss of skin elasticity, and restoration of the skin barrier.
How long do the downtime (recovery period), post-treatment embossing, and bruising last?
Because it is injected into the dermal layer, embossing (bumps), bruising, or swelling may last about 2–3 days, but the return to daily life is fast, within 1–2 days.
Is there any risk of nodules (clumping) or side effects?
Because it uses your body's own biological tissue rather than a synthetic substance, the risk of nodules or immune rejection is very low, making it a highly safe option.
How many sessions do I need for the best results?
It varies with skin condition, but generally we recommend about 3 intensive sessions at 3–4 week intervals, followed by touch-up treatments every 6 months to 1 year.
When do the effects begin to show after treatment?
As the injected ECM components settle into the skin, you generally feel an improvement in skin tone and deep dryness from about 2–4 weeks, and the dermal regeneration and elasticity-restoration effects peak at 2–3 months.
Is it safe to combine with other treatments such as Rejuran or Botox?
Because of its high biocompatibility, when combined (as a complex treatment) with Rejuran, Juvelook, laser lifting, and the like, it produces a synergistic effect and can be received safely.
Is there any post-treatment care I should be careful about after Re2O?
To prevent infection at the injection site, it is best to avoid cleansing and makeup on the treatment day, and you should refrain from saunas, alcohol, vigorous exercise, and harsh scrubbing for 3–5 days.
Can it be performed on sensitive skin, redness-prone skin, or skin with atopic dermatitis?
Because it is a human tissue component with immune antigens removed, it helps rebuild and soothe the skin barrier of sensitive or redness-prone skin whose barrier has broken down.
Caution
Precautions
- 01Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising may appear at the injection site after the procedure, and most subside within a few days.
- 02On the day of the procedure, avoid heat-generating activities such as saunas, steam rooms, and intense exercise.
- 03Do not rub or strongly irritate the treated area with your hands.
- 04Use sunscreen when going outdoors and maintain sufficient hydration.
- 05If abnormal reactions persist after the procedure, please visit the clinic for consultation.
