A non-surgical laser lifting treatment in which radiofrequency energy sequentially tightens the SMAS (fascia) layer, the dermis and the epidermis in three passes, removing unnecessary fat and stimulating collagen regeneration to deliver outstanding lifting of skin with reduced elasticity, fine lines and texture.

What exactly is the difference between FORMA mode and FX mode?
FX mode uses high-voltage pulsed current (HV PULSE) and negative pressure (vacuum) to destroy fat cells in the double chin and deep cheeks, while FORMA mode uses surface radiofrequency energy to induce dermal collagen production and boost skin elasticity.
How much does the InMode treatment hurt? Is anesthesia needed?
FORMA mode feels like a warm stone massage with almost no pain, while FX mode uses negative pressure to draw up the skin and then delivers a brief hot, prickling sensation. In most cases it can be performed without anesthetic cream.
How long do the bruises or marks (downtime) after FX mode last?
The negative-pressure suction process can cause reddish bruises or blood stasis resembling cupping marks. There is individual variation, but they usually fade naturally after about 3 days to at most a week.
Is it as effective as liposuction for the double chin or deep-cheek fat?
It is a proven treatment that induces fat cell destruction, but it does not remove a large amount at once like surgical liposuction. It is very effective for safely refining a blunt jawline or a sagging double chin line without surgery.
How many sessions are needed for the fat to reduce and the lines to be refined?
You can feel some contour change even with a single session, but to complete the fat-destruction and elasticity-remodeling effects, we most strongly recommend at least 3 sessions at 2 to 4 week intervals.
Can side effects such as cheek hollowing or fat loss occur?
Applying FX mode excessively to areas of the face with very little fat can cause cheek hollowing. For this reason, our clinic places importance on 1:1 consultation and design according to each patient's face shape and fat volume when performing the treatment.
Can I have it together with Ulthera, Shurink, or contouring injections?
Yes. You can expect a synergistic effect by tightening the deep layers with an ultrasound (HIFU) treatment such as Ulthera or Shurink and using InMode to destroy fat and replenish dermal elasticity, or by combining it with fat-dissolving contouring injections.
When do the results appear and how long do they last?
The effect of a smoother contour becomes noticeable from 2 to 4 weeks later as the fat cells are expelled. With 3 or more sessions, the results usually last around 1 year.
Can I return to daily life or apply makeup right after the treatment, on the same day?
Because it is a non-invasive treatment that does not create wounds on the skin surface, you can wash your face and apply makeup the same day.
I feel warmth in my skin—can I apply a cold pack after the treatment?
Because this treatment works through deep radiofrequency heat, a room-temperature pack is fine, but applying a cold ice compress or cooling care right away can reduce the thermal effect, so for 1 to 2 days we recommend washing with lukewarm water and using ordinary moisturizing care.
