POINT 01
A virtually painless anesthesia system
For those who fear pain during treatment, we use a dual anesthesia or painless anesthesia system so you can receive treatment as comfortably as possible.
Double Synergy Lifting
Volume and lifting at the same time
With genuine FDA-approved threads and a 1:1 custom design tailored to your face shape and skin type, you achieve a natural facial contour.
About

With genuine FDA-approved threads and a 1:1 custom treatment design suited to your face shape and skin type, you achieve a natural facial contour. PDO, the main component of dissolving threads, is a medical material long used for suturing wounds and is a safe ingredient that fully dissolves in the body.

POINT 01
For those who fear pain during treatment, we use a dual anesthesia or painless anesthesia system so you can receive treatment as comfortably as possible.
POINT 02
Individual results vary depending on skin thickness and degree of sagging. For 3 years after treatment, we provide follow-up care for any areas you wish to improve for only a nominal material fee.
POINT 03
Using a patented 3D scanning system, treatment is performed accurately based on detailed analysis of asymmetry and elasticity.
Device
F-RAY 3D Facial Measurement System

Using a patented 3D scanning system, treatment is performed accurately based on detailed analysis of asymmetry and elasticity. Even facial contour asymmetries invisible to the eye are confirmed as data, enabling a design that accounts for left-right balance.
Area
Sagging and volume across the entire face are designed area by area

Five threads are combined for treatment according to the area and concern
FAQ
Medical threads with barbs (cogs) are inserted into the subcutaneous/SMAS layer to directly pull up sagging tissue. Because the tissue is physically lifted right after the procedure, it delivers an immediate lifting effect.
With dissolving threads (PDO), the threads themselves take about 6 months to 1 year to be absorbed by the body, and thanks to the collagen tissue that forms around them, the actual results usually last about 1 to 1.5 years.
In the past, non-dissolving threads (such as gold threads and Tess threads) were also used, but because of tissue adhesion and the difficulty of removing them when complications arose, dissolving threads that safely break down and are absorbed by the body now account for the vast majority of procedures.
After local anesthesia (injection anesthesia), the threads are inserted using a blunt-tipped cannula, so pain during the procedure is minimal. For those with severe pain or anxiety, sedation anesthesia can also be used.
If the threads are inserted too shallowly or excessive tension is applied at a certain point, dimpling — where the skin puckers or dents — can occur. It usually resolves within 1 to 2 weeks, and if it remains firmly fixed, it can be easily corrected at the clinic by adjusting the tension.
Bruising, a tight feeling when opening the mouth, and slight swelling right after the procedure subside within 3 to 7 days, and daily activities are possible from the same day.
Combining them offers excellent synergy. However, we recommend either first receiving a thermal laser (such as Ultherapy) to tighten the deeper fat/dermis and then performing the thread lift, or receiving the laser at least 1 to 2 months after the thread lift.
For about 2 weeks, you must avoid opening your mouth excessively wide (dental treatment, yawning), strong meridian massage, sleeping face-down, drinking alcohol, and saunas, so that the threads do not slip out of the position in which they were set.
If there is too much fat, its weight can cause the threads to sag easily, so it is better to combine the treatment with contouring injections or a fat-dissolving laser.
In the early period after the procedure, when you laugh hard or open your mouth wide, you may feel the thread suddenly slip from its anchor point or slightly snap. Any slight foreign-body sensation you can feel naturally disappears as the threads are absorbed.
Caution
Slight swelling or bruising may occur, but you can manage it with the prescribed medication and the ice pack we provide. In addition, you may visit for regenerative laser or soothing care after treatment as needed, with no limit on the number of sessions.
