Lift, tighten and fill
A non-invasive RF procedure. Lifting, tightening and filling all at once — expect skin tightening and a lifting effect in a single session.
About
Oligio Lifting
Lift, tighten and fill — skin tightening plus a lifting effect
- About 30 min
- Time
- Local anesthesia
- Anesthesia
- Immediate return to daily life
- Recovery
Oligio delivers 6.78 MHz radiofrequency current into the body to generate deep heat (40–60℃) within the tissue, effectively contracting and regenerating the sagging, degenerated collagen that causes skin aging.
The skin-contact area of the handpiece is wider than before, shortening treatment time and enabling faster procedures. Even a single session can improve skin to be smooth and firm, with excellent results for wrinkles and sagging.
Principle
How Oligio RF works
3.5-generation radiofrequency laser

Device
3.5-generation radiofrequency laser
- Equipped with an automatic coolant spray controlled by the operator
- Measures skin resistance and heat sensor values with every shot
- Enables safe treatment tailored to each client's skin type

STEP 01
Alternating radiofrequency current flows between the electrode and the grounding plate

STEP 02
The polarity (+, −) of the molecules in the tissue reverses tens to hundreds of millions of times per second

STEP 03
Molecular vibration and friction generate localized heat deep within the tissue (current converted into heat energy)

FAQ
FAQ
How does it differ from Thermage FLX?
It is a device that uses the same 6.78 MHz radiofrequency (RF) principle, and because the treatment price and genuine tip cost are lower than Thermage, many people receive it as a 'value-for-money Thermage' radiofrequency lifting.
Is the treatment quite painful?
Because it is equipped with its own cooling system and vibration mode, the pain burden is relatively low compared with Thermage FLX. Most treatments proceed comfortably without even numbing cream.
When do the effects appear and how long do they last?
Over 2–4 weeks after treatment, as collagen forms, you see increased skin density and improvement of fine lines, peaking at 2–3 months. For the duration, we generally advise about 6 months based on 600 shots.
How many shots do I need for the best results?
600 shots for the whole face is the most common, and if you extend to the double chin or neck line, we recommend more than 600 shots.
Do I need to worry about side effects like hollow cheeks or fat loss?
Radiofrequency energy does not destroy large amounts of fat but rather induces collagen regeneration in the dermal layer, so the risk of hollow-cheek side effects is very low compared with ultrasound treatments like Ultherapy.
How long does the downtime (bruising, swelling, redness) last after treatment?
Because it is a non-invasive treatment with no epidermal damage, there is almost no downtime apart from slight redness and warmth on the treatment day, and cleansing and makeup are possible immediately.
Can I receive it together with Ultherapy, Onda, or a skin booster?
Yes. You can expect a synergistic effect with an 'Ulligio' combination—using Ultherapy/Onda to address the deep SMAS layer and contour lines and Oligio to fill dermal elasticity—or by combining skin boosters such as Re2O or Rejuran.
Is it effective for those in their 20s or early 30s?
Many clients receive it for early anti-aging purposes—preventing fine lines, refining skin texture, and reducing pores—when skin elasticity begins to decline.
