Linear Firm
LinearFirm
Line-based, seamlessly woven, firm lifting
An ultrasound-based lifting device like Ultherapy, Shurink and Doublo, it delivers ultrasound to the SMAS and dermal layers beneath the skin to make the face appear smaller and to induce a taut lifting effect.
About
What is LinearFirm?
Ultra-fast linear lifting without pain

Six types of cartridges deliver ultrasound energy to the desired depth to form coagulation zones.
Its linear-type tips deliver higher energy safely and quickly, and the wide variety of tips allows for more delicate treatment.

Cartridge
Two Types of Ultrasound Cartridges
Dot-type and linear cartridges

Dot Type
Dot Type- Dot spacing adjustable from 1 to 2mm
- QS 2.0 cartridge that can treat even narrow areas
- Cartridge width of 8.7cm treats even small areas such as the eyebrows
- Also effective for eyebrow lifting and skin tone-up
Linear Type
Linear Type- Line-type cartridge with 0mm spacing between dots
- Delivers energy evenly and seamlessly
- Applied at high speed with minimal gaps over the treatment area
- A third-generation ultrasound lifting method
While the dot-type cartridge allows the spacing to be adjusted from 1 to 2mm, the linear cartridge has 0mm spacing between dots, delivering energy evenly and seamlessly.
Third-Generation Ultrasound Lifting
LinearFirm, Third-Generation Ultrasound Lifting
Faster, more seamless lifting with the line-type cartridge

Treats even small areas
The QS 2.0 cartridge, which can treat even narrow areas, has a width of 8.7cm and can treat small areas such as the eyebrows. Compared with conventional ultrasound lifting devices, it delivers excellent results for eyebrow lifting and skin tone-up as well.
Principle
How LinearFirm Works
The thermal action of ultrasound energy emitted from a focused ultrasound transducer coagulates tissue to lift the skin.

FAQ
FAQ
How is it different from conventional ultrasound (HIFU) treatments such as Ulthera or Shurink?
Whereas existing HIFU devices focus and deliver energy in a dot form, LinearFirm delivers energy seamlessly in a line form, giving it the advantages of much faster treatment speed and less pain and energy-overlap loss.
Is the treatment really less painful? Can I receive it without numbing cream?
Because energy is delivered quickly and dispersed in a line form with no gaps between shots, the pain stimulus is minimal. Many people who are not particularly sensitive to pain receive the treatment right away without applying separate numbing cream.
When do the results appear and how long do they last?
You feel a slight contraction effect right after the treatment, and over 2 to 4 weeks the lines become tidier as dermal collagen production and tissue contraction occur. It generally lasts 2 to 3 months after a single session, and about 6 months to 1 year with 3 or more regular sessions.
There are many cartridge types (depths, dot/line modes) — how do they differ?
A variety of depths from 1.5mm to 4.5mm can be selected, and the Linear (line) mode, which reduces fat and shapes the contour, and the Dot mode, which creates concentrated coagulation points, are combined to suit the concerns of each area.
I don't have much fullness in my face — could I get cheek hollowing as a side effect?
Misusing a deep-layer cartridge on areas without fat can cause cheek hollowing. Therefore, on areas with little cheek fat, we perform a customized treatment using shallow-layer cartridges (such as 1.5mm and 2.0mm) to improve only dermal elasticity.
How long does the treatment take?
Because shots are delivered continuously in a line form, the treatment speed is about 2 to 3 times faster than conventional dot-type HIFU. When performed without anesthesia, the treatment itself finishes very quickly, within about 5 to 10 minutes.
How long does the downtime (bruising, swelling, redness) last after the treatment?
As a non-invasive treatment with no damage to the skin surface, there is almost no downtime other than slight warmth or faint redness right after the treatment, so you can wash your face and wear makeup the same day.
Can it be combined with radiofrequency (RF) treatments such as Oligio or Thermage, or with contouring injections?
Yes. You can shape the contours of the deep SMAS and fat layers with ultrasound (LinearFirm) while filling in dermal elasticity with radiofrequency, or combine it with contouring injections to maximize the improvement of a double chin.
What is the recommended number of sessions and interval?
A single session already gives a tidied-up feel, but to maintain elasticity and extend the duration of the lifting, receiving 3 or more sessions at intervals of 3 to 4 weeks is recommended.
I feel some redness or a tingling, dull ache on my face — is that okay?
Because thermal stimulation was delivered all the way to the deep SMAS layer, a dull ache (like the soreness of a cold) or slight redness may remain for a few days after the treatment, and this is a natural part of the recovery process.
