How is it different from conventional lifting treatments such as Ulthera, Thermage, or InMode?
Rather than a single wavelength, Titanium simultaneously outputs three semiconductor laser wavelengths (755 nm, 810 nm, 1064 nm), so you can achieve lifting, tightening, and brightening (tone improvement) effects all at once—that is the difference.
Is the treatment really that low in pain? Can I have it without anesthesia?
It is equipped with a sapphire cooling system (maintained at -3°C) that continuously protects the epidermis with cold, so the pain burden is low enough that even patients sensitive to pain can receive the treatment without a separate anesthetic cream.
When do the results appear and how long do they last?
The greatest advantage is that you can feel immediate contour-line refinement, brightening, and firmness right after treatment. A single session usually lasts 1 to 2 months, and with 3 or more periodic sessions it lasts 6 months to over a year.
Is there a risk of cheek hollowing from facial fat loss?
We combine two modes (STACK mode for deep layers and SHR mode for shallow layers). For patients without cheek fat, we can proceed centered on SHR mode to boost only dermal elasticity, with no concern about cheek hollowing.
What exactly is the difference between STACK mode and SHR mode?
STACK mode focuses strong energy on the deep layers (SMAS, fat layer) to lift a double chin or sagging jawline, while SHR mode delivers energy rapidly in a large number of shots to improve the elasticity and tone of the entire dermal layer.
Which mode (STACK/SHR) is used, and how much energy (KJ) is applied?
We often recommend treatment of 80 KJ or more, and depending on each patient's face shape, we allocate the deeply penetrating STACK mode for the double chin and jawline and the SHR mode for overall facial elasticity and tone.
Can it be performed together with Ulthera, Thermage, or skin boosters?
Yes. You can expect to maximize synergy by building a deep elasticity foundation with Ulthera/Thermage and using Titanium for immediate tightening and tone, or by combining it with skin boosters.
What precautions should I take after treatment (sauna, UV, exercise, etc.)?
You can return to daily life right after treatment on the same day, but it is best to avoid strong UV exposure, high-heat saunas, and excessive drinking, which irritate the skin, for about a week.
How many days before an important shoot or wedding is it most effective to have it?
Because immediate effects appear from the very day of treatment, there is almost no downtime, so you may receive it on the day of the event or 1 to 2 days beforehand without issue.
Can I go straight to an important event or shoot on the day of treatment?
There is almost no downtime (bruising, swelling, redness), so—earning it the nickname 'celebrity lifting'—you can immediately wash your face, apply makeup, and carry out important events.

- 01After the treatment, temporary redness, warmth, pain, and bruising may occur for about 2–3 days.
